What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK mainland. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Overseas Territories, BFPO addresses or any PO Box addresses at this time.

STANDARD DELIVERY – Available to Mainland UK: 3-5 days.
EXPRESS UK DELIVERY – Available to Mainland UK: 1-2 days.
SATURDAY UK DELIVERY – Order before 12pm Thursday (Currently unavailable).
Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Northern Ireland (Currently unavailable).
Please allow longer delivery times over Bank & Public Holidays and when there are COVID related delays.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking link for your order.

UK customers: How do I return my order?

For instructions on how to return an item please see your dispatch note included within your order. If you do not have this dispatch note, please contact us here and a member of our team will be able to assist you further.
Please Note: Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. If you have changed your mind about ordering an item you are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

What is your Christmas delivery and returns policy?

Christmas Delivery:
Orders for Christmas delivery must be placed before 15th December.
Christmas Returns Policy:
Any orders placed between the 1st October and 31st December will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy. Orders placed within those dates will be eligible for return up until and including the 31st January of the following year. Christmas returns are subject to our standard return terms and conditions.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item please email us at customercare@diytooltrader.co.uk giving full details of what the problem is, including any images or video.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
